You can upload posters by logging in to the IPPW8 website, clicking on the “Workshop Link” then “Upload Papers/Presentations.” To be included in the CD provided at the workshop, the upload deadline is 27 May 2011.

Note: Any materials provided for the proceedings will also be available for subsequent download from this site.

Optional On-site Poster Printing

Printing and travelling with conference posters can be very inconvenient. The local organizers of IPPW-8 are offering an on-site poster-printing service through FedEx.  This service is completely optional, and available for the purpose of convenience only.

If you wish to take advantage of the on-site poster printing service, please follow the instructions below for uploading your poster, and it will be picked up by a staff member from the National Institute of Aerospace (local organizers) and delivered to the hotel upon your arrival.

The deadline for emailing your poster for on-site printing is Friday, May 24, 2011.

Cost for On-site Poster Printing is $68.51 ($65.25 + tax)
