Conference Cancellation Policy
Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be refunded, following a cancellation fee of $75.00, if a request is received in writing one month before the workshop (i.e., by May 6, 2011).
Cancellations will NOT be accepted after May 6, 2011.
The cancellation policy includes student participants.
There will be no refunds to contributing authors unless the contribution is also withdrawn: at least one author of each contribution MUST attend IPPW in order for the work to be included in the proceedings.
